Application complete in all respect should be deposited in the Institute on or before the due date.Application received after due date may not be accepted. Incomplete Application will be
rejected by the principal without assigning any reasons thereof. |

The following documents should be submitted along-with the application. i. All certificates of matric sheet,Leaving ii. Seven recent pass port size colour photographs. iii.Any address proof copy. |

All the original certificate along the matric sheet,
school or college leaving certificate form the institution last attended must be produced at the time of addmission,which will be retained in the office. |

In addition to above,information,if any,required
by the principal should be furnished along with the application at the time of addmision. |

right any may be refused by the principal without assigining any reasion thereof. |
